As parents, my husband and I try to provide experiences that give our son the opportunity to develop skills he probably won’t learn at Pre School. Our current family project is called “Bus Ruby” - a 40-ft school bus we’re converting to a camper.

He’s not even 4, but Logan knows how to use a hammer, pliers, a socket wrench, and a paint brush. More importantly, he’s learning to problem solve, express his creativity, give and receive feedback, and ask for help. The parallels to leadership are clear.
