In addition to her robust experience as an executive coach and consultant, Erin has over 15 years of corporate leadership experience as an Executive Director, Market Head, and owner of $150M+P&Ls and $5B capture teams, most recently at CVS Health.

Erin graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. with honors in English. She earned an MBA from The Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary and was named the Woman of Impact from her graduating class. She holds certifications in leadership and team coaching, including CPCC, ICF-PCC, and an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Duke Corporate Education.
